Senior Software Support – FMCG / Distribution / Retail
📍 Location: 6 October
🕒 Experience: 5–6 years

We are seeking a Senior Software Support professional to ensure stability, continuity, and continuous improvement of sales and distribution applications and integrations (SFA, SAP SD touchpoints, reporting, and interfaces).

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for Sales Operations systems (SFA/SalesBuzz or similar).

Handle incident/problem management and drive root‑cause resolution.

Support integrations between sales apps and ERP (SAP SD or other).

Troubleshoot across application, database (SQL), and integration layers.

Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, RCA reports).

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLAs.

🧠 Required Skills
Strong SQL knowledge (joins, performance tuning, stored procedures).

Experience with application support tools (ServiceNow/Jira).

Integration knowledge (REST APIs, ETL/ELT basics).

Reporting/BI awareness (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).

SAP SD exposure and FMCG/Distribution industry experience preferred.
