We are seeking a professional and experienced Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Previous experience in the petroleum or oilfield services sector is preferred. ✅
