Architectural Features:
• Facade Design:
A clean off-white stucco finish dominates the exterior, enhanced with vertical preserved wooden slats that offer solar protection and rhythmic texture. Dark-framed glazing and bold rectilinear volumes create a distinct, sharp visual identity.
• Main Entrance:
The approach is defined by a striking red steel canopy, leading into a glass-fronted lobby that is both welcoming and visually open. The front setback allows for a well-landscaped pedestrian entry with clear visibility and branding.
• Material Palette:
The building uses a restrained palette of stone, concrete, glass, and natural wood—emphasizing sustainability and elegance while projecting corporate professionalism.
• Site Context:
Surrounded by manicured lawns, palm trees, concrete planters, and trimmed hedges, the site integrates smoothly into New Cairo’s high-end business district. Minimalist hardscape paths guide both foot traffic and vehicular access, with designated staff and visitor parking.
The 50 NORTH headquarters is more than a corporate office—it is a strategic nerve center for real estate and urban development operations across Greater Cairo. With its refined architecture, professional workspaces, and integrated support systems, it embodies the company’s commitment to innovation, design excellence, and sustainable growth in Egypt’s evolving urban landscape.
