Dear valued customer,
Following our previous communication we would like to share with you the next steps in our plan:
- Star Account contracted a licensed payment management third party to transfer clients funds to their registered bank accounts.
- The current number of active accounts after merging accounts is 10,933.
- Transfers will be divided into 5 groups; each comprising of 2,186 accounts. The groups will be based on the volume per account, starting from the smallest to the largest as recommended by the third party sender.
-The first transfer from Star Account to the third party sender will be proccessed on April 28th, 2014.
- Transfers from the third party sender to the first group clients registered bank accounts will start on May 1st, 2014 and is expected to take 10 working days.
Process:
1- Each client will receive at his registered email the balance certificate with his end balance.
2- Each client upon processing of his transfer will recieve a remittance note through our system to follow up his transfer with his bank.
3- The client will receive his money in his registered bank account.
You may be requested to provide the following documents to your bank:
- Star Account Client Agreement.
- Client Balance Certificate.
- Third party sender remmitance note.
Important Notes:
- A transfer fees of 2% will be deducted by the third party sender.
- Accounts below 500$ without bank details will be closed on April 30th, 2014
- In case more than one bank account is registered, the first bank details in the banks list will be used.
- All currency accounts will be accepted.
- Internal transfers will be activated again from April 29th, 2014 to May 5th, 2014
- Trading will continue until the last account is cleared.
- The date for the following transfers groups will be announced based on the actual period taken to complete the first group.
We reconfirm that all clients funds are our complete responsibility until it is cleared by your bank.
