Amal is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the international Coach Federation (ICF). In 2010 she received her coach certification (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Amal has been working in the corporate world since 1999 till date. After she became a certified coach in 2010, she decided to shift from retail banking to HR. Currently Amal is Head of Care
er Development, engaging in numerous activities and programs related to leadership and talent management. This involved organizing and delivering both one on one and group coaching sessions as well as participating in several talent management and career development sessions and projects. Such a rich and applied experience enhanced her professional coaching abilities as well as interpersonal and communication skills. On the other hand, one of Amal's biggest personal values is family and well being as she works to keep them balanced, allowing her personal and professional lives to be in harmony with one another. Being a mum of two kids, she manages to face the natural challenges that come along on a daily basis through coaching towards enjoying her motherhood journey. This gave Amal the a dream of genuinely touching other mothers’ lives in the same way. Amal is now merging her professional coaching experience with her personal passion to bring such support to mums. She understand for a fact that a mother is the heart of the family and is capable of shaping the whole family experience. Amal is offering coaching for mothers in one on one sessions as well as group coaching sessions, aiming to pass on her expertise for a better motherhood journey to others.
