Position Overview:
seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Branches Manager to oversee and drive the performance of network of branches. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of branch managers to new heights of success. This role is critical to market expansion and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for all assigned branches.
• Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on branch performance using key metrics (KPIs). Implement corrective actions and best practices to ensure goals are met.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Branch Managers. Foster a high-performance culture through continuous coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained across all branches, resolving escalated issues and building long-term client loyalty.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all branch operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, security, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the branch network. Control operational costs, optimize budgets, and maximize profitability.
• Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities. Provide insightful feedback to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate reports on sales performance, market conditions, and operational issues for the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a multi-branch commercial, sales, or retail environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Regional Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Branch Manager).
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
