What happens when a dust collector hopper is not designed for reliable material flow?

A hopper may look like a simple part of a dust collection system, but its geometry can have a significant impact on how efficiently the collected dust is discharged.

Poor hopper geometry can contribute to:

• Material accumulation and bridging
• Difficult or inconsistent discharge

• Build-up inside the system
