A NEW CHAPTER FOR EL ALAMEIN FESTIVAL.
What if the stage was no longer just a stage?
For the El Alamein Festival in New Alamein City, the design approach was developed as a complete festival environment — where architecture, audience movement, hospitality, entertainment, and the Mediterranean landscape become one experience.
DESIGN ANALYSIS
The composition is built around a strong central axis, with the main stage acting as the visual anchor.
Around it, the design creates a series of carefully organized layers:
01 — THE WATERFRONT
The Mediterranean becomes part of the stage experience, creating an uninterrupted relationship between the event and the sea.
02 — THE AUDIENCE FIELD
A large open gathering zone creates a powerful collective experience while maintaining clear circulation and visual connection to the stage.
03 — VIP EXPERIENCE
VIP lounges and high-table areas are integrated directly into the event landscape rather than being treated as isolated hospitality zones.
04 — FESTIVAL CITY
F&B, services, entrances, backstage, VIP access and circulation are all designed as part of one interconnected event ecosystem.
05 — THE STAGE
The stage architecture becomes a monumental visual object — not simply a performance platform, but an architectural landmark visible from across the entire festival grounds.
Instead, the entire site becomes the experience.
The architecture extends beyond the stage.
The audience becomes part of the composition.
The waterfront becomes part of the identity.
Hospitality becomes part of the event architecture.
And circulation becomes part of the experience.
The result is not simply a concert venue — but a temporary city built around entertainment.
