Our client is a dynamic and innovative interior design and branding company based in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to creating unique and inspiring spaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CEO Assistant with a strong background in interior design to join our team.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled CEO Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative and design-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design and will be comfortable conducting research and assisting in studies relevant to the CEO. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and assist in studies related to the CEO
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth ex*****on of projects.
- Maintain and organize design documentation and project files.
- Handle client inquiries and communications as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an executive or CEO assistant.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
