Behind every good review session is a room that's been carefully designed.
Our team had the privilege of organizing and facilitating the Mid-Year Review for Plan International Egypt's "Ready for Tomorrow" programme, bringing the team together to take stock of what's been achieved, celebrate the young people whose lives have changed through training and employment opportunities, and chart what comes next.
Our role was to hold the space: structuring the conversation so that reflection turned into decisions, and so that every voice in the room shaped the direction of the next phase.
Thank you to the Plan International Egypt team for the trust and the partnership.

كان لفريقنا شرف تنظيم وتيسير جلسة المراجعة نصف السنوية لبرنامج «جاهزون للغد» التابع لبلان إنترناشونال، حيث اجتمع الفريق لاستعراض ما تحقق، والاحتفاء بالشباب والشابات الذين تغيّرت حياتهم من خلال فرص التدريب والتوظيف، وتحديد ملامح المرحلة المقبلة.
كان دورنا أن نهيّئ المساحة وننظّم الحوار، بحيث يتحوّل التأمل إلى قرارات، ويسهم كل صوت في الغرفة في رسم اتجاه المرحلة القادمة.
