ABOUT THE ROLE
Teleperformance is seeking ambitious, fluent English speakers to join our world-class customer service team in New Cairo. The Role In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the company and its global clientele, resolving inquiries and delivering exceptional service solutions. This on-site role in the 5th Settlement, New Cairo operates on a 5-day work week with 2 days off. To support our international operations, you will work rotational shifts. For the safety and comfort of our female team members, shifts for ladies are scheduled to end no later than 2:00 AM. This fast-paced environment requires an optimal balance of clear communication, efficiency, and professional problem-solving.
