A senior training specialist typically also has expertise in using Learning Management Systems to administer course offerings
S/he conducts training needs assessments then designs, develops and validates training programs using appropriate delivery methods. S/he conducts classes, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed, and prepares training materials and programs.
Requirements:
•5-7years experience in training creation and delivery.
•Bachelor's Degree in education, human resources, business or related field preferred.
•Able to work with advance training technologies. Proficient in training needs assessment, course design and development, validating training programs, adult learning methodologies, eLearning and training delivery methods.
