IS Hiring
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company
-Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels
-Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company's outreach and accelerate the growth of the company
-Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding.
-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
:
-Minimum 1 year of Experience in Real Estate field is A MUST
-Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) preferably in Real estate.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong decision-making skills.
-Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications.
-Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
