B2/C1 English level
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
No personal/academic commitments for the next 6 months
Flexibility to work rotational & overnight shifts
Graduates only

-Rotational Shifts (every 3 weeks) 🚨
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
(Includes 1-hour break | 2 days off/week)

-Salary & Benefits 🤑
11,500 EGP basic salary
2,000 EGP KPIs

Transportation allowance for overnight shifts
Medical & social insurance (after 3 months)
