MEP Engineer:
• Engineering degree
• 3-4 years experience
• Inspect MEP construction to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and contract documents; witness and document systems tests/commissioning; review contractor payment requests to verify installed quantities;
• Should be well versed in reviewing Tender Documents, BOQ and specifications.
• own a car
• English language is preferable
• MEP Installation Commissioning experience
• Organizing routine servicing schedules
• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
Administration officer (Male):
• Bachelor degree in commerce
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Collection tasks (outdoor).
• Procurement experience.
• Assists different departments of the organization.
• Inventory custodian.
• Suppliers management.
• Document Filing & organizing.
Junior Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Strong knowledge in Book Keeping.
• Aware of month end procedures.
• Strong Ms Office Skills specially “Excel”.
• Prepare journal entries
• Complete general ledger.
• Assist with the monthly close procedures
• Handling Petty Cash
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Handle Accounts Payable.
• Bank Accounts Reconciliation.
• Handling and writing cheques.
• Assist in working with internal and external auditors for interim and yearend audit.
• Balancing and reconciling general ledgers daily and monthly, including balancing of banking
• Review and process expense reports.
• Assists in preparing company tax return.
• Filling documents.
