We are seeking a highly skilled Substation Integration Engineer specializing in Siemens Spectrum Power 4.6 SCADA systems. The engineer will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of integrating new and existing substations into the control center’s SCADA platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in communication protocols, SCADA data modeling, integration workflows, and testing procedures—from configuration and point mapping to terminal block verification and live system testing.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in SCADA substation integration, preferably with Siemens Spectrum Power 4.x platforms.
2. Hands-on experience in substation commissioning, SCADA protocols, and database engineering.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of Spectrum Power 4.6 configuration tools.
2. Deep understanding of IEC 60870-5-101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3.
3. Familiarity with RTUs, IEDs, gateways, and communication equipment.
4. Proficiency in SCADA point mapping, signal testing, and system validation.
5. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards in OT/SCADA environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Siemens Spectrum Power certification (Spectrum 4.x Engineering/Administration).
2. Experience in utility-scale control center environments.
3. Familiarity with redundancy schemes, disaster recovery setups, and real-time databases.
