Job Description
Farid Habib Hospital is seeking a qualified Infection Control Specialist to lead and oversee infection prevention and control programs, ensuring a safe healthcare environment in compliance with national and ministerial regulations and hospital quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards across all hospital departments.
• Conduct surveillance, audits, and risk assessments related to healthcare-associated infections.
• Deliver training and awareness programs for medical and non-medical staff.
• Participate in infection investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise proper sterilization, disinfection, and medical waste management practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry.
• Training or certification in Infection Control is preferred.
• Previous experience in infection control within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention standards and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong compliance with procedures.
