Either you are a multi-branches Bank, Multi-store Company or a simple Shop, We tailor a custom maintenance program special for you
External tasks could include, but not limited to :
-Cleaning all facade claddings.
-Cleaning all fascias and metal flags.
-Replacing burnt fluorescent lights, burnt bulbs and burnt transformers
-Report any damages in the claddings, fascias and metal flags and present a quotation for fixing.
-Report any damages in the posts of the cloth flags (if any), and present a quotation for fixing.
-Cleaning of all glass windows and doors.
-Report any broken glass window, and subcontract its replacement,
-Cleaning of the security kiosks.
-Report any damages in the security kiosks and present a quotation for fixing.
Internal tasks could include, but not limited to:
-Cleaning of counters in customer service locations
-Cleaning of signboards.
-Replacing burnt fluorescent lights, burnt bulbs and burnt transformers.
-Making sure that all prevention signs (electricity boards signs, exit signs, fire signs are in place
-Fill in shelves with the required branding materials and sales promotion materials.
-Hang up/change poster materials, danglers, flags..
-Report any damages/non-function / bad appearance of ATM machines that are within the premises.
On the first week of each month, we will present a monthly report of all the tasks achieved, as well all costs involved,
during the period.
