منة الله جهاد الشاذلي ٣٠ سنة، زوجة وأم ومؤسسة العلامة التجارية -ألوان- للمشغولات الجلدية
Menna Allah Gehad Al-Shazly, 30, wife, mother and Founder of the Alwan Brand for leather Products.
منة الله من محافظة دمياط، تخرجت من كلية الفنون الجميلة – جامعة حلوان عام ٢٠١١، وبعد التخرج عملت في مجال التصوير الفوتوغرافي لمدة عامان. في عام ٢٠١٣، أسست مشروعها الخاص - جاليري ألوان لبيع المشغولات اليدوية ومختلف الفنون المصرية، من مشغولاتها وأشغال فنانين أخرين.
Menna Allah is from Damietta. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts - Helwan University in 2011. After graduation, she worked as a photographer for two years. In 2013, she opened Alwan Gallery to sell handicrafts and various Egyptian art crafts, both her work and the work of other artists.
من خلال الجاليري حصلت علي منحة من الاتحاد الاوروبي، ومن خلالها غيرت مسار المشروع وقررت تعلم حرفة جديدة، واختارت حرفة تصنيع الجلود الطبيعية.
تعثر المشروع وواجه بعض المشاكل المادية والتي علي أثرها أغلقت منة الله الجاليري، وبدأت رحلتها مع تصنيع الجلود. في عام ٢٠١٦، أطلقت علامتها التجارية ألوان، ولكن لمنتجاتها الجلدية. تقوم منة بكل مراحل التصميم والتصنيع حتى يتم إخراج منتج يدوي ١٠٠٪ من جلود طبيعية مصرية عالية الجودة، ووجدت في عملية التصميم والتصنيع متعة أكبر من مجرد عملية البيع والتجارة.
Through the gallery, she received a grant from the European Union, which led her to change the course of her project, and to learn a new craft. She chose to natural leather manufacturing.
The project faced some financial problems, which eventually led Menna to close the gallery and she began her journey with leather manufacturing. In 2016, she launched her brand Alwan, same name but different products. She designs and makes the products by hand. Her product are 100% handmade from genuine leather. She enjoys the process of designing and manufacturing her products more than marketing and selling them.
بعد زواجها وانجابها لابنتها، قل حجم شغلها نسبيا، الا أنها عادت مرة أخري بمجموعة تصميمات جديدة، مصنعة يدويا من الجلود الطبيعية. تسوق منة الله منتجاتها علي فيس بوك وانستجرام، وهي تصنع منتجاتها بالطلب، ويستغرق الاوردر من ١٥ الي ٢٠ يوم. وتشحن منتجاتها لجميع المحافظات.
وبالرغم من المتاعب والتحديات التي واجهتها علي مدار الأربعة سنوات الماضية، الا انها مصممة علي المضي في طريقها ليصبح اسم علامتها التجارية معروفا في مجال تصنيع الجلود.
After marriage and having a daughter, her work relatively slowed down, but she returned back with a new collection of products, handmade from natural leather. Menna sells her products on Facebook and Instagram. She doesn’t keep stock, and works the orders she receives from her clients. It takes her 15 to 20 days to finish an order. She ships her products to all governorates. Despite the difficulties and challenges she faced over the past four years, Menna is determined to continue in her path to make her brand name known in her field.
