Released today, the revised International Standard for event ISO 20121, offers guidance and best practice on managing events of any size.

Importantly, this update includes:
• The promotion of human rights and the rights of children
• A focus on legacy (Such as on infrastructure, workforce, & universal accessibility)
• Improved explanation of the 3 methods of demonstrating conformity assessment
• New guidelines for reporting on social, economic & environmental impacts.

ISO 20121 is applicable to any organization or individual – including suppliers and event managers – involved with all types of events, including exhibitions, sporting competitions and concerts.
