It’s with our great pleasure to announce the delivery of the “Strategic Directions of HR Management in Organizations” training course to - AFESD, Kuwait. Focused on aligning people strategies with overall business goals, moving beyond administration to drive performance through talent acquisition, development, engagement, and retention, emphasizing data, technology, diversity & inclusion, and agility to build a competitive workforce. Key directions include proactive workforce planning, fostering learning cultures, leveraging HR tech, promoting D&I, managing change, and using analytics for data-driven decisions to ensure people capabilities meet future business needs.
