Talgo Egypt is looking for a :
Mechanical – Electrical Engineer for its workshop based in Cairo.
Main functions of the position
Knowledge of the train (systems and installations) and the company's products and processes: maintenance operations, processes, documentation, etc.
Developing and proposing new ideas, designs and concepts, as well as making suggestions for improvements to optimize processes and for the reliability and quality of the train.
Provide technical support to other parts of the organization.
Participate in the improvement of processes, both at the level of documentation and production facilities.
Compilation of reports on incidents / malfunctions of trains en route.
Refer to maintenance documents such as spare parts catalog, accident detection guides, maintenance plan, fixture list, spare parts, etc.
Development of internal reports or reports for clients.
Participation in the analysis and development of plans to improve the reliability of compositions.
Requirements:
Education: Engineering and technical
Specialty: Bachelor's, Specialist or Master's Degree in specialties: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer
Work experience in a specialty or in a specific position in a field close to the railway industry (mechanical engineering or heavy industry): at least 2-3 years
Must know: Fundamentals of hydraulics, fundamentals of pneumatics, fundamentals of mechanics, of electronic, electricity
Additional requirements:
MS Office
Knowledge of SAP is desirable
Languages: English - compulsory, Spanish – optional
