Sending and Receiving email problems?
How to use local email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird?
Incoming mail server:
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Set the Incoming protocol to either POP or IMAP according to your preferences.
The ports are default - 143 for IMAP (you can also use 993) and 110 for POP3.
You can select STARTTLS from the drop-down menu.

Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): mail.yourdomain.com
Username: Please use the full e-mail account name. Example: [email protected]
Password: **********
For Outgoing server select mail.yourdomainname.com. You can select STARTTLS from the drop-down menu. The default SMTP port is 25, but you can also use 2525, 465, and 587

Make sure that you check your incoming e-mail messages before you try to send.

Checking your emails using webmail
Open your browser and go to: http://webmail.your_domain.com
(replace your_domain.com with your own actual domain)
Then you can select either Horde, Roundcube or Squirrel.
Login with your entire email address and the password.
Sample: Username@your_domain.com
Password: passwordforyouremail
