Nautic Marine was established in 2004 and operates in different areas of the marine business in Egypt. It started its activity as a distributor of Malibu Boats, a well known American tow boats brand popular among wakeboarders. The company achieved great success in introducing the wakeboarding sport to the Egyptian market as it accomplished the sale of 32 Malibu Boats in the first few years. Nautic

Marine also became the sole agent of the wakeboarding equipment brand Liquid Force for a time period, reaching high sales of all wakeboards, accessories and marine items. Shortly after the company acquired and remains to be a distributor of Indmar Engines and spare parts in Egypt. In 2007, the field of work expanded to include importing beddings, home and bath accessories from China Under a trading company named UniTrade Egypt. The company imported large quantities to distribute to stores, however Unitrade Egypt closed down in 2010. In January 2009, Nautic Marine moved on to become the official distributor of Princess Yachts International, a luxury motor boat brand that's part of the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) family. The company was greatly successful in achieving the contractual yearly targets in the distribution, after sales service and management for Princess Yachts selling 26 yachts since the brand was introduced to the Egyptian market until late 2015. As of 2016, Nautic Marine has acquired sole distribution of Galeon Yachts, a luxury yacht company and one of Europe's premium boat builders based in Poland, as well as Monte Carlo Yachts, a pioneering brand dedicated to crafting timeless luxury yachts. The company's head office located in beautiful El Gouna has a dedicated after sales team and highly qualified engineers to ensure quality servicing and care for yacht owners all over the Mediterranean and the Red Sea
