Our pre-occupation prices are as follows:

1 bedroom flat 260le
2 bedroom flat 280le
3 bedroom flat 300le

The charges above reflect the condition of a flat when you take it over, all surfaces will be very dusty, ceramics will need scrubbing as there will be construction marks on the ceramics, drops of paint etc; toilets, sinks and showers will need cleaning and sanitizing, doors, windows and shutters will need washing down, all skirting areas will need washing, and the entire premises to be clean and fresh for you to move in to . . . . . . . some management companies charge up to 600le for this service . . . . so don’t delay, send us a message or give us a call . . we are at your service
