We pride ourselves with passion and love on what we do with a sole focus to offer the best tasting, healthy & safe to eat edible snails. What makes our offering unique:
• Soil & Water: Our farm is based very close to the banks of the river Nile giving it all the needed nutrients to grow top quality snail plant food. Our soil has been analyzed by the Institute of Cherasco as top quality and suitabl

e for production. Our water has been also analyzed by the Authorities in Greece as well and equally has received critical acclaims.
• Weather: Alexandria & our Farm is favored by a good microclimate consisting of mild winters with good humidity levels and normal summers with equally good humidity levels again helping with the breeding of our snails.
