في اليوم العالمي للشباب… نحتفي بالشباب وهم يصنعون رؤيتهم للمستقبل.
يواصل متدربو برنامج «صُنّاع الرؤى » رحلتهم ضمن التدريب الصيفي الذي ينظمه مركز الأولويات الاستراتيجية، وهذه المرة من خلال زيارة ميدانية إلى المعهد القومي للحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة، للتعلّم خارج إطار القاعات والاقتراب أكثر من الخبرة العملية ومؤسسات العمل على أرض الواقع.
وخلال الزيارة، التقى "صُنّاع الرؤى" بالدكتورة شريفة شريف، المديرة التنفيذية للمعهد، في جلسة حوارية ثرية تناولت نشأة المعهد وتطوره، ودوره ومجالات عمله، وأبرز برامجه وأنشطته، إلى جانب رؤيته وخططه المستقبلية.
ولم يكن اللقاء مجرد جلسة تعريفية؛ بل مساحة حقيقية للنقاش وتبادل الأفكار.
طرح المتدربون أسئلتهم حول بناء العلاقات المهنية والتشبيك، والاستفادة القصوى من فرص التدريب، والاستعداد المبكر لسوق العمل، كما ناقشوا كيفية الاقتراب من الفجوة بين ما يكتسبه الشباب من معرفة أكاديمية في الجامعات، وبين المهارات والخبرات التي يتطلبها واقع العمل فعليًا.
وشددت د. شريفة شريف خلال اللقاء على أهمية أن يبدأ الشباب مبكرًا في خوض التجارب والبرامج التدريبية، لما توفره من فرصة لاكتساب الخبرة، وفهم بيئة العمل، واكتشاف المسارات المهنية، وتطوير المهارات التي لا تُكتسب من الدراسة الأكاديمية وحدها.
كما قام المتدربون بجولة داخل المعهد، تعرّفوا خلالها عن قرب على عدد من أنشطته وتخصصاته وخدماته وبرامجه المختلفة.
لأننا في "صُنّاع الرؤى" نؤمن أن إعداد الشباب للمستقبل لا يبدأ بعد التخرج… بل يبدأ من الآن:
بالتعرّف، والتجربة، والسؤال، والتواصل، وتحويل المعرفة إلى خبرة.
On International Youth Day, we celebrate young people as they shape their vision for the future.
As part of the Visionaries Summer Internship Program, organized by the Strategic Priorities Hub (SPH), our interns took part in a field visit to the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), an opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world professional experience.
During the visit, the Visionaries joined an engaging dialogue with Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of NIGSD, gaining first-hand insights into the Institute’s journey and evolution, its mandate and areas of work, key programs and initiatives, as well as its vision and priorities for the future.
The visit soon evolved into an engaging exchange, with participants raising questions about networking, making the most of internships, navigating early career opportunities, and bridging the gap between university education and the actual skills and experiences demanded by the labor market.
Dr. Sherif also highlighted the value of engaging in training opportunities from an early stage, not only to build skills, but to gain exposure to professional environments, explore career pathways, and better understand what the world of work truly requires.
Because empowering young people is about more than preparing them for the future.
It is about giving them the space to explore it, engage with it, and start shaping it today.
