Team start:
The team started in formation in 2018 without name or logo and continued for a year in the formation of individuals and structuring the team and working to determine the goals of the team and in 2019 was identified the name and logo of the team to take the team Bee team name for him and bees logo. Idea:
We always believe that young people are the basic strength of society and that w
ithin every young person more ideas that resemble nectar within flowering and all we seek is to take that nectar from within the minds of the youth and work to turn it into honey. That honey that will tell society of great potential and achievements and tremendous progress in the development and practical aspect. This is the basis of our idea, which is described as a profitable development idea aimed at transforming intellectual wealth into financial wealth, exploiting the ideas and possibilities of young people in providing the greatest jobs and creating a new job market full of the enthusiasm and ideas of young people by employing the possibilities available to young people correctly. And we chose that name because the bees work in a very organized way and a symbol of organized work and teamwork. This is the closest way to representing us because we are working to take the ideas and energies of young people and turn them into business and wealth. Logo:
The logo is the word Bee that expresses our name inside a box which represents the community and there is a bee above the square from the left flying out and this represents that we always think outside the box. Goals:
Our main goal is to create a suitable job market for us as young people to help each individual reach his goal and achieve his dream and work on it through the team and collect the goals of each team to reach the same goal which is a company specialized in managing the realization. Our objectives also include:
Implementation of the company to manage the realization and establishment of the largest number of service projects. Developing the practical, personal and talent abilities of the community. Developing the culture of society in practice and working life. Work to raise awareness of as many community individuals as possible in all areas. To provide the greatest employment opportunities for young people and students by exploiting their potential and talents and helping them compete in the labor market. Adopting ideas for young people and working to achieve them.
نشأة الفريق :
بدا الفريق في التكوين عام 2018 م بدون مسمي أو شعار و استمر لمدة عام في تكوين الإفراد و هيكلة الفريق و العمل علي تحديد أهداف الفريق و في عام 2019 م تم تحديد اسم و شعار للفريق ليأخذ الفريق Bee team اسما له و النحل شعارا .
الفكرة :
نحن مؤمنين دائما بأن الشباب هم القوة الأساسية للمجتمع و إن داخل كل شاب مزيد من الأفكار التي تشبه الرحيق داخل الإزهار و كل ما نسعى إليه هو عبارة عن أخذ ذلك الرحيق من داخل عقول الشباب و العمل علي تحويله إلي عسل .
ذلك العسل الذي سيروي المجتمع بإمكانيات و إنجازات عظيمة و تقدم هائل في الجانب التنموي و العملي. و يعتبر هذا أساس فكرتنا التي توصف بأنها فكرة تنموية ربحية هدفها تحويل الثروة الفكرية الي ثروة مالية و استغلال أفكار و إمكانيات الشباب في توفير اكبر فرص عمل و خلق سوق عمل جديد مليء بحماس و أفكار الشباب و ذلك عن طريق توظيف الإمكانيات المتاحة لدي الشباب بصورة صحيحة.
الاسم و سبب اختياره :
Bee تعني نحلة ..و اخترنا ذلك الاسم لان النحل يعمل بطريقة منظمة جدا و رمز للعمل المنظم و العمل الجماعي ..النحل يأخذ الرحيق من الأزهار و يحوله لعسل ..و تلك اقرب طريقة تمثلنا لأننا نعمل علي أخذ أفكار الشباب و طاقاتهم و نحولها لبيزنس و ثروة.
الشعار :
الشعار هو عبارة عن كلمة Bee التي تعبر عن اسمنا داخل مربع وهو ما يمثل المجتمع و توجد نحلة اعلي المربع من اليسار تطير للخارج و هذا يمثل إننا دائما نفكر خارج الصندوق .
الأهداف :
هدفنا الأساسي أن نخلق سوق عمل مناسب لنا كشباب يساعد كل فرد علي إن يصل لهدفه و يحقق حلمه و نعمل علي ذلك عن طريق فريق العمل و جمع أهداف كل الفريق للوصول للهدف واحد وهو شركة مختصة في إدارة الإعمال .
و تشمل أهدافنا أيضا :
تنفيذ شركة إدارة إعمال و إقامة اكبر عدد من المشروعات الخدمية .
تنمية القدرات العملية و الشخصية والمواهب لدي إفراد المجتمع.
تنمية ثقافة المجتمع في الجانب العملي و الحياة العملية.
العمل علي توعية اكبر عدد ممكن من إفراد المجتمع في كافة مجالات.
توفير اكبر فرص عمل للشباب و الطلاب و ذلك عن طريق استغلال إمكانياتهم القكرية و مواهبهم و مساعدتهم علي المنافسة في سوق العمل.
تبني الأفكار لدي الشباب و العمل علي تحقيقها.
