BusinessNA Academy is a growing training and consultation company needs a talented candidate for key account executive.
Responsibilities:
- Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned project.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales of the existing services.
- Present a weekly communication plan and action plan for each project.
- Arrange meetings with KOLs to present our different services and demo presentations.
- Analyze client’s needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Work to resolve all issues raised during the service delivery process, and assist escalations as needed.
- Follow up with the client regarding the overdue invoices.
- Address necessary issues with potential clients before contracts are signed.
Job Requirements
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Problem solving
Analytical thinking
Negotiation and presentation skills
High level of self-management, and maturity
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Customer service oriented
Sales awareness.
Experience: 1-2 years, Fresh graduates are welcomed
