- تنفيذ خطط البيع وتطوير استراتيجيات تسويقية فعالة.
- التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين وجذب عملاء جدد.

*المتطلبات:*
- خبرة من 4 إلى 7 سنوات.
- خبرة واجبة في إجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير.

*المهام والوصف الوظيفي:*
- تنفيذ عمليات الشراء وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- التفاوض مع الموردين والحصول على أفضل العروض.
- متابعة إجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير وضمان الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح.
- الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع الموردين وتحليل أداءهم.

# # # # 3. رئيس حسابات
*المتطلبات:*
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات.

*المهام والوصف الوظيفي:*
- إدارة وتوجيه جميع العمليات المحاسبية اليومية.
- إعداد التقارير المالية وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- التأكد من دقة الحسابات والامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية.
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية .

# # # # 4. مهندس مدني
*المتطلبات:*
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في حصر كميات المشاريع الجديدة وحصر كميات الأعمال المدنية.
- خبرة في تحليل ودراسة السوق السعودي.

*المهام والوصف الوظيفي:*
- إعداد الرسومات والمخططات الهندسية.
- إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع البناء والتأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
- حصر كميات المواد والتأكد من توافرها في المواقع.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والجهات المعنية لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- تحليل ودراسة السوق السعودي للتعرف على متطلباته واحتياجاته.

*المتطلبات:*
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خبرة في التصاميم الخارجية والداخلية.
- خبرة في تحليل ودراسة السوق السعودي.

*المهام والوصف الوظيفي:*
- تطوير تصاميم معمارية مبتكرة للمشاريع المختلفة.
- إعداد الرسومات والمخططات التنفيذية.
- التعاون مع فريق العمل والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ التصميمات بدقة.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات في التصميم المعماري وتطبيقها في المشاريع.
- تحليل ودراسة السوق السعودي لتطوير التصاميم بما يتوافق مع احتياجاته.

Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an export Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner with and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
