AL MANSI FOR EXPORT
Al Mansi for Export, a growing company specialized in the export and packing of fresh agricultural produce, is expanding its operations and looking for experienced and highly motivated professionals to join our Production Team.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. PRODUCTION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all production and packing operations at the station.
Develop and implement daily and seasonal production plans.
Manage production teams and ensure efficient workforce allocation.
Monitor production performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, food safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Minimize production losses, waste, and downtime while maximizing productivity.
Coordinate effectively with Quality, Packing, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Export departments.
Prepare and review production reports and recommend continuous improvement actions.
Ensure a safe, disciplined, and productive working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in production management, preferably within fresh produce packing and export operations.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage operations effectively during peak export seasons.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with production KPIs and performance monitoring is an advantage.
2. PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production and packing line activities.
Manage and distribute workforce according to production requirements.
Monitor production targets, productivity, and line efficiency.
Ensure workers follow operational, quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with the Production Manager and other operational departments.
Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous supervisory experience in production or packing operations.
Experience in fresh produce sorting, grading, packing, and handling is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate production teams.
Willingness to work shifts and during peak export seasons.
High level of commitment, discipline, and responsibility.
