Dear friends, ones who know me and still remember me. I want to say a few words about me, my present, and my future. After the pandemic, I was trying to reopen Böff get back to regular operation in my other endeavors, but life shows that some things are not forever. Therefore, I move forward! It has been a year since I handed over Bučeris to wonderful people, dedicated and strong, to continue what I created in Lithuania. During the past year, I have decided to get busy with Gevorkjan Consultancy and help others open their own restaurant and achieve desired results. I work in various countries like Spain, Italy, and the U.A.E. The aim is to create authentic concepts, menus, interior design, kitchen projects, and anything related to opening a new place. However, I also do ReOpening. of some places that need enhancement and new ideas. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you or anyone from your contacts want to open a restaurant or consult me about their existing operation.

Dear Guests of Legendary Böff Steakhouse Vilnius! On Behalf of Chef/owner Mher Gevorkjan, we would like to make the following announcement. After 8 long yers of Service, 2020 was very difficult not only for Böff but for whole hospitality and restaurant industry. Global pandemic took place and dictated its own rules. It was really sad period for us keeping restaurant closed for more than 7 month. Other than that in September 2020 our lease contract ended in Olimpieciu 1 and we decided to close Böff in that location. We want to THANK every person who Loyally visited our Restaurant, Loyally Served our Guests and Loyally contributed their time end efforts to make it possible. Böff Steakhouse WAS! IS! and WILL BE! the BEST STEAKHOUSE OF ALL TIMES. We promise to open in another GREAT location and serve you again! We apologise for any inconvenience and believe that no matter where we open our next restaurant, You will be there! Thank you ALL once again, and see you soon.
