Estate Casa La Rad (100% Estate-Bottled), Parcel 12

Vineyards Grapes sourced exclusively from our Parcel 12 vineyard al elevations around 1,800 feet above sea level (546 meters). Terroir features limestone-marl soils typical of the area, with substantial decomposed rock residues from mountain bedrock degradation.

Varietals 100% Malvasía

Vinification
Harvested by hand with grape selection in the vineyard. Bunches are destemmed and macerated with the skins, and the must is “bled” after 24 hours. Barrel fermentation in 50% new 500-liter
barrels at a temperature of 18ºC for 10 days. No malolactic fermentation. Aged 8-10 months in semi-new 500-liter oak barrels.
