We're not out of the woods yet. The clapping has stopped but the battle continues. Now that the doors are open and we can meet again, albeit in small groups, we need even more to take responsibility for each other. I wrote some thing about that here.

Courage sometimes takes a long time to come. It’s worth waiting for.

A lot of people are having to (or wanting to) change their lives just now. When it's a necessity, it can seem all the harder, the pressure to do something and the need for it to work stifling creativity and strangling confidence. Even when you want to change - where you live, how you live, where you work, what you work at - being brave enough to listen to your inner voice can be tough.

Courage tends not to precede action; it's seeded in action itself, then nurtured and grown by lots of small, repeated actions.

The braver, more outspoken, confident you is waiting for you to take the first step, however small.
