What would happen if your customers and employees were PROUD to be associated with your company?
This was a question I asked 25 CEO's and entrepreneurs at my Building High Performance Teams workshop.

The answers?
They'd be more loyal
They'd defend the company
They'd be more willing to forgive a mistake
They'd be more productive
They'd buy more
They'd accept less, be more willing to sacrifice
They'd give their best
And maybe most importantly of all...
They'd become your ambassadors.
No doubt the question on all your lips is:
"So how do we make our customers and employees proud?"
Answer, simple:
A clear and COMPELLING PURPOSE.
Don't underestimate the value of purpose in creating outstanding performance.
It's not the only ingredient needed, but it's not one you can miss.
Excluding purpose would be like baking a cake and forgetting the sugar.
If you answer the question of purpose (why you exist) in a clear, concise and compelling way...
..you'll find people will give you their discretionary effort.
They'll go the extra mile, because they WANT to.
This is the foundation of a team who are performing at their best.
