Five things you may not know about me!

1) I had a food blog in 2018.

2) After I broke up with my ex, we remained friends and he was the one who encouraged me and told me about opportunities to live and work in Spain.

3) If you zoom closely on this photo, you’ll see a large scar on my shoulder. I got into a scooter accident in Bali and it left two large scars on my right arm. I thought it’d be healed up in two weeks… boy was I wrong 😅 I’m currently micro needling them and after 3 sessions there’s major improvement!

4) I’m in a three month long breathwork facilitation course. I tried it for the first time last year, and it blew my mind! I feel so light, free, whole, and energetic after a session. Loved it so much, decided to become certified so I can facilitate sessions for others 🫶

5) I have a small tattoo of birds on my left arm. My sister and I got matching ones on the same day while living across the world from each other 🕊️

I was in a team meeting the other day and someone asked us to share a holiday family tradition… what’s my family tradition you ask? Fighting in the kitchen the ENTIRE time, having a peaceful meal, then fighting AGAIN over the rules of Uno. 🤣🤣

That’s it. That’s the tradition my family upkeeps no matter what. You would think that when my boyfriend joined our thanksgiving dinner last year for the first time it would’ve gotten a little differently. But nope. Knives were out and blood was shed 🔪🫠

What’s your family holiday tradition?

PS. A little sneak from my own website refresh. I’m obsessed with lilac right now so there’s hits of that everywhere.

Hiiii! It’s been SEVEN months since I was last came on here and to be honest- I had no idea if I’d ever come back or not.

After feeling like I was burnt out and resenting my business, I needed to step away from it. So what did I do with my time? Well I spent the summer working at a bar. Which was SO. MUCH. FUN.

After working from home for two years, it was so nice to get outside, make new friends, and be a facilitator of fun.

Then as summer started to come to a close, I started to look for a new opportunity, a new path to unfold. I wanted something that would provide me a challenge along with stability.

And it came. I was recruited by a digital marketing agency to work with clients to lead projects and strategy.

With my right brain 🧠 focused on strategy, my left brain was craving creativity.

Which brings me to now- I gave my site a refreshed look, I finally made posts to share all projects I’ve been working on (!!), and I’m here to share everything with you 💛

PS. This is a snapshot from my client, Cecilia’s new website! I did her original website but when she got new brand photos, she wanted a refreshed look ☺️

I attended a four day virtual event this past weekend and there was an exercise where we had to write down a list of beliefs we had that weren’t serving us.

I wrote down:
◦ I believe I’m not pretty enough to be successful.
◦ I believe I’m not unique enough to stand out.
◦ I believe I’m not smart enough to bring my large visions to life.

Then we had to share them with others in the (virtual) room. Hearing others have the same limiting beliefs as me - I was shocked.

Later the founder of It Cosmetics, Jamie Lima, shared her story and the limiting beliefs she had at the beginning of her journey. They were so similar to mine. Again, I was mindblown.

Btw she went on to sell her company for $1.2 billion dollars cash.

Maybe you have some of these same limiting beliefs too. Maybe you have other ones.

Limiting beliefs are just stories we tell ourselves. But that doesn’t mean that they’re true. Or factual.

They’re just stories and lies that keep us where we’re at. Stuck and playing small.

But we’re so much bigger than that. Because the truth is —

◦ You are so beautiful, your soul radiates and pours beauty from the inside out.
◦ You were made unique and there is no one else is like you.
◦ You are smart and resourceful AF. You can figure anything out.

It’s time to start believing in the truth. Are you in?
