After a few years of delivering bagels pro bono, mainly through the site "Tulane Classifieds," I was encouraged by friends to take this business model further, and have now expanded services to the Greater New Orleans area. All bagels are homemade with the highest quality ingr

edients and are baked the same day as expected delivery. With a multitude of options to choose from, I'm sure you'll be able to find a bagel that suits your taste. És una bogeria pensar que ja estem entrant en el nostre sisè mes a la botiga. Han canviat moltíssimes coses, i encara continuem fent millores a poc a poc a l’espai i construint un equip que m’ha permès centrar-me en altres aspectes del negoci per ajudar-lo a créixer.

Però, al final, continuo sent més feliç quan soc al darrere fent bagels.

Tenim algunes novetats per a les Festes de Gràcia que em fa molta il·lusió compartir, i també recuperaré algunes coses de l’OG Bagel Boy, així que estigueu atents.

It’s crazy how we’re already entering our 6 month in the shop. So much has changed, and we’re still making gradual improvements to the shop and building the team that’s allowed me to focus on other aspectes of the business to help it grow. But in the end, I’m still my happiest when I’m in the back rolling bagels. We have some news for Festes de Gràcia so I’m excited to share that and also I’ll be bringing back OG Bagel Boy stuff so stay tuned. Thanks y’all! 🧡

Besides the bacon, egg, & cheese. The lox has become our 2nd best seller. Smoked salmon, lox, cream cheese, capers, dill, and a splash of lemon juice. A must for any bagel shop. We recommend on an everything bagel

When I first moved to Barcelona, one of the first bars I discovered was .cocktailbar. They were a bit far from me (Poblenou and Poble-Sec are unfortunately not connected well), but they let us bring Binny (my dog/the CEO) and also we were just a huge fan of the place and the owners so we went every chance we could. Over the years, they’ve easily become my favorite bar in the city and we always briefly chatted about putting my bagels on their menu for a brunch one day. Well that day has come.

It is a privilege to get to work with one of the best bars in Barcelona, and seeing my bagels on their menu is an honor.

They also offer other brunch options like chicken & waffles and mimosas! Please go check them out in Poblenou 🧡
