Estimados/as amigos y amigas, la vida son momentos, son etapas, son cambios, todo empieza y todo acaba, y tras más de 20 años con del Restaurante Aiguaclara hemos creído que ahora era el momento de poner punto y final a nuestra etapa como gestores del restaurante. Han sido 20 años de esfuerzo, de felicidad, de bailes y, sobre todo, de amistad.

Lo más importante que nos llevamos de esta etapa es la gran amistad de todos, que ahora sois nuestros amigos, y que bien sabéis es ya para siempre.

El Restaurante Aiguaclara vuelve a abrir hoy, viernes 18 de junio, bajo la dirección del joven chef Adrià Peiró, que a pesar de su juventud ha trabajado en las mejores cocinas de Cataluña.

No queríamos decir adiós sin dar las gracias a todos quienes han trabajado y colaborado durante estos años y a todos/as vosotros/as por vuestra fidelidad.

Nosotros no nos vamos, seguiremos en Begur, y seguiremos al frente de la gestión del Hotel Aiguaclara.

Dear friends, life is about moments, stages, changes, everything begins and everything ends, and after more than 20 years at the helm of the Aiguaclara Restaurant we believe that now is the moment to put an end to our time as managers of the Restaurant. It has been 20 years of effort, happiness, smiles, dancing and above all friendship. Undoubtedly the most important thing that we take away from this phase of our life is the great friendship of all of you who are now our friends, a friendship that you know well that it is forever.

The Aiguaclara Restaurant reopens today, Friday June 18, under the chef Adrià Peiró, who despite his young age has worked in the best kitchens in Catalunya. We are sure that with his energy, enthusiasm and creativity, Aiguaclara will continue to be a benchmark for its cuisine, its atmosphere and its treatment. We are sure that you will enjoy this new phase.

We are not leaving, we will continue in Begur, we will continue to lead the management of the Aiguaclara Hotel.
