Warning to the Plastics Industry
Through this communication, Furerplastick, S.L. wishes to alert the industry regarding the commercial conduct and demonstrated lack of solvency by the company Global KTG P.C. (Greece).
We have attempted to amicably and privately resolve a situation that has been ongoing for more than 12 months and involves a fraudulent appropriation of funds.
Details of the Fraud (Advance Payment for Non-Delivered Cargo)
Initial Operation (Supply Breach): There was an agreement for Global KTG P.C. to supply material to Furerplastick, S.L.
Appropriation of Funds: Furerplastick, S.L. made an advance payment to secure the cargo. Global KTG P.C. never loaded the promised material, alleging internal supply problems or issues with their own suppliers.
Outstanding Debt: Global KTG P.C. failed to return the received advance payment, maintaining an outstanding debt with Furerplastick, S.L. for over a year.
Pattern of Evasion and Conclusion of Fraud
Since the onset of the breach and the generation of this debt (the retained advance payment), the debtor company has demonstrated an unacceptable pattern of management:
Silence and Postponement: They have systematically evaded our formal written payment requests (via email and WhatsApp), resorting to vague mentions of "informal conversations" without commitment or documentary support.
Absence of Willingness to Pay: The refusal to sign a payment plan or provide a concrete date for the refund compels us to conclude that Global KTG P.C. has no intention of settling its obligation.
Conclusion: Industry Risk
The behavior of Global KTG P.C.—first breaching a supply agreement and then appropriating the advance payment—demonstrates a lack of commercial ethics that goes beyond contractual failure. We consider this situation to be a deliberate fraudulent act.
