✨ Esta semana hemos celebrado una nueva sesión virtual del Foro de Directivas con una invitada de excepción: Patricia (Pat) Iglesias, Chief People & Culture Officer en Techsoulogy.
Bajo el título “De liderar personas a entender sistemas”, Pat nos ofreció una reflexión profunda sobre la evolución del liderazgo en las organizaciones y la importancia de desarrollar una mirada sistémica desde el área de Personas.
Algunos de los insights compartidos durante la sesión:
🔹 Hoy, el reto no es solo liderar personas, sino comprender las dinámicas, tensiones y patrones invisibles de los sistemas organizativos.
🔹 El 75% de la fuerza laboral ya es millennial o centennial.
🔹 El 83% de estos perfiles afirma que no trabajaría en una empresa que no se alinee con sus valores.
🔹 Las habilidades interpersonales y de influencia superan, por primera vez, a la experiencia técnica en los criterios de promoción.

✨ Nuestra CEO y Fundadora, Sylvia Taudien, llegó a Barcelona en 1984 como la primera mujer expatriada de Bayer. En una ciudad que apenas despertaba hacia la democracia y con muy pocas personas extranjeras, la llamaban “la alemana”. Lo que parecía una etapa profesional se convirtió en toda una vida.
Desde el primer día sintió que Barcelona era su casa. Vivió momentos históricos como la entrada de España en la UE, la elección y celebración de los Juegos Olímpicos y la transformación de la ciudad y su gente.
Tras una etapa en marketing en la industria farmacéutica y dermocosmética, un punto de inflexión la llevó a reinventarse en el mundo de las personas. Así nació en 2003 Advantage Consultores, con la misión de tender puentes entre Alemania, España y, desde hace 3 años, también Middle East. Hoy somos la única firma especializada en el mercado alemán, con oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Lisboa, Alemania y Dubai, y un equipo de 20 mujeres.
Barcelona también fue el lugar donde Sylvia impulsó, en 2010, un pequeño encuentro entre colegas que terminó convirtiéndose en el Foro de Directivas de Personas, que hoy reúne a más de 400 mujeres líderes de RRHH.
❤️ Lo que iba a ser una etapa laboral se convirtió en una vida entera.
Gracias a La Vanguardia por recoger su historia en la serie “Barceloneses por elección”, que refleja cómo esta ciudad transforma y acoge a quienes un día decidieron quedarse.

🧠💜 El pasado 16 de julio vivimos una jornada muy especial con el Foro de Directivas de Personas en la Fundación Pasqual Maragall y el BarcelonaBeta Brain Research Center.
Nos abrió sus puertas una organización que combina ciencia, filantropía y compromiso humano con un propósito transformador: prevenir el Alzheimer y mejorar la vida de millones de personas.
Durante la visita, conocimos sus proyectos de investigación, su modelo de gestión de personas, su visión social y recorrimos espacios tan impactantes como el laboratorio de biomarcadores y la sala de resonancia magnética.

✨ What an incredible evening!
Our first joint AFTERWORK between the Foro de Directivas de Personas and AEDIPE Catalunya was a great success.
We had the honour of welcoming once again the inspiring Larissa Murmann, CHRO of Unilever International, this time live and in person in Barcelona. Her talk on AI-first leadership and cultural transformation captivated the audience and sparked meaningful reflections on the future of HR.
🤝 This event also marked the beginning of a valuable synergy between two strong communities—the Foro and AEDIPE Catalunya—committed to rethinking leadership in times of change.

Our latest teambuilding took place in the unique and inspiring natural setting of Mas Campasol, a soulful farmhouse surrounded by nature—an ideal place to pause, reconnect, and grow together.
We had the privilege of working with Emma Giner, who led the workshop “CREATE & THRIVE”, sparking deep reflection and creativity across the team. We also enjoyed a wonderfully original session with Edel Devora and team, where we used Barbie dolls and limited materials to recreate interview scenes—resulting in surprising, profound, and delightfully creative stories. 🚀
From the stunning environment and the delicious vegan meals to the warmth and hospitality of the Mas Campasol staff, everything came together to foster authentic connection, shared laughter, and renewed team spirit.

🌟 15 years of the Female HR Forum!
What began as a simple lunch among 20 HR professionals has grown into a vibrant and impactful community of nearly 400 women leaders across Spain.
Last week, the Female HR Forum, founded and led by our CEO, Sylvia Taudien, celebrated its 15th anniversary with a Networking Breakfast at the Laie Bookstore in Barcelona — a meaningful milestone for this growing network.
The celebration also included a dynamic workshop, “Leading your brand,” where over 35 women reflected on the power of personal branding and how we present ourselves in both professional and personal spaces.
🎂 Of course, there was cake to mark the occasion!
💐 And a special moment of appreciation, as Sylvia received a beautiful bouquet and message from our team

💫 Last Friday, we had the pleasure of visiting HP Headquarters in Sant Cugat with the Female Leadership Forum (Foro de Directivas de Personas).
🚀 A big thank you to Mar Hernández, Laura Santacreu, and the HP People team for hosting us. We gained valuable insights into HP’s culture, their People Promise, and how technology is driving their strategy.
We learned about the HP Way for people:
✔️ Leading with ambition and agility.
✔️ Winning with purpose and integrity.
✔️ Focusing on the customer.
They also showcased various employee events, including Charity Day, a true example of creating a powerful team with highly committed people. Bravo!
We toured the Demo Center and facilities, ending the day with a wonderful networking lunch, exchanging ideas and experiences with inspiring women leaders. I simply love organizing HR events!
