Durante semanas, el viñedo se convierte en escenario de una precisión silenciosa: la elección del momento exacto, el corte de cada racimo, la carga de las cajas que avanzan entre hileras perfectamente trazadas.
Nada en este proceso es azar.
La madurez de la uva se mide con rigor, pero también con intuición: el tacto, el color, la resistencia del grano al presionarlo entre los dedos. Cada decisión tiene una consecuencia en el vino que vendrá.
