EN: Postponing the decision of taking action or changing something that brings us discomfort is not always easy but think about this: we have so little of our precious time so why spend it doing things that brings us discomfort or sadness? Why not spend our time to make a change? Why not spend it enjoying what makes us happy? Why not spend it making other people happy? I think the answer is pretty easy. And when to do it? Now!

Porque não gastá-lo a mudar? Porque não gozá-lo a fazer o que nos faz mais feliz? Porque não gastá-lo a fazer os outros felizes? Acho que a resposta é simples. E quando tomar uma decisão de mudar? The reality is it only adds value to your life and yourself no matter the experience, successful or not, no matter how hard it may seem. The truth is you only have to take it so you can reach your goals. PT: as vezes o primeiro passo pode parecer o mais assustador, o mais duvidoso e incerto mas o facto é que é também o mais importante. A realidade é que apenas temos experiência e valor a recolher de qualquer passo que dermos, positivo ou negativo. A verdade é que apenas temos de dar o primeiro passo para chegar mais longe.
