They are also considered to be the healthiest leafy green vegetable 👌🏻
Related to spinach and kale, it is rich in vitamin C and 🅱️ vitamins and provides us with important minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron 💪🏼
This makes chard not only a very tasty side dish, but also a very healthy vitamin bomb - especially for the cold winter!❄️
