Decisions aren’t just made by those who attend. In the first call, all property owners and their shares are counted, whether they attend or not.
Only in the second call are the votes of those present taken into account.
🗳️ And depending on the issue, the vote may require unanimity, a simple majority, or a reinforced majority.
Because in a community, not everything is decided the same way.
