We have not been advertising here for a few months. The truth is, we have not been interested in taking on any more work for the last few months. We are a small operation who focus on doing our best for our clients. We took on and published three new properties in May of this year. We wanted to focus on delivering on our promise of short term rental success for those three rather than stretching the resources too thin by taking on management of more holiday rentals.
The results of our focus speaks for itself:
In the three apartments, listed in May 2025, we have secured 494 days of bookings to the tune of nearly 28.000 euro.
Now that we are well on track for delivering a great result for our property owners, we would like to open up for taking on one or two more properties, to our limited, exclusive portfolio.
