There is nothing like amber wine to evoke sunset in a bottle. Our inspiration for Bermeyo comes from the beautiful colors of nightfall, achieved by treating the white grapes like red ones: the juice is left in contact with the skins so that it can absorb colour and other elements as well. Bermeyo is a great entry point for those interested in amber wines.

No hay nada como el vino naranja para evocar la puesta de sol en una botella. Nuestra inspiración para Bermeyo proviene de los bellos colores del anochecer, que se consiguen tratando las uvas blancas como si fueran tintas: el zumo se deja en contacto con los hollejos para que absorba el color y otros elementos. Bermeyo es un buen punto de entrada para los interesados en los vinos naranjas.

Polizón Pet Nat is a natural wine made from 100% Viura grapes. The wine is named after the Spanish word for stowaway. This wine is made from organically grown grapes on our Estate. It begins fermenting at the tank, but before the process is completed, the wine is bottled and finishes the fermentation there. Carbon dioxide is trapped in the bottle producing bubbles for sparkling wine. Polizón Pet Nat is a refreshing, light wine that is perfect for spring drinking.

Polizón Pet Nat es un vino natural elaborado de 100% Viura. Este vino se elabora con uvas de cultivo ecológico en nuestra finca. Comienza a fermentar en el depósito, pero antes de que se complete el proceso, el vino se embotella y termina la fermentación ahí. El dióxido de carbono queda atrapado en la botella produciendo burbujas propias del vino espumoso. Polizón Pet Nat es un vino refrescante y ligero, perfecto para beber en primavera.

Beltenebros is an old word in Spanish, that originated in Amadís de Gaula a chivalric romance text popular in the 16th century in Spain. In a similar way, our wine follows and honors the centuries old winemaking tradition of the region.

Beltenebros es una palabra antigua que tiene su origen en el Amadís de Gaula, un texto romántico caballeresco muy popular en el siglo XVI en España. De igual manera, nuestro vino sigue y honra la tradición vinícola centenaria de nuestra región.
