🌊 A day in the Mediterranean — Tossa de Mar

Back in the water at Tossa de Mar, Costa Brava — one of those dives that reminds you why this coast never gets old. Descended over golden rocky reefs into swaying Posidonia meadows, weaved through schools of sea bream shimmering in the sunlight, and spotted life tucked into every crevice along the way. Grateful for another beautiful dive with my buddy Juanma Martínez and thanks to the crew at 🤿

**Tossa de Mar, from below 🌊🤿**

Spent the day diving the rocky coves of Tossa de Mar with the team at Diving & Combat, and the Costa Brava did not disappoint. Between the boulder formations and gullies below the surface, we spotted groupers holding steady in the rocks, moray eels peeking out from crevices, a lobster tucked under a ledge, colorful nudibranchs scattered across the reef, barracudas cruising in formation, and even a ray gliding across the sandy bottom.

This stretch of Mediterranean coastline keeps surprising me — every dive here feels like a new reveal. Watch the video to spot everything for yourself 🐠
