✨ Open Networking Event | January 30 ✨

Something meaningful happens when women step out of isolation and into intentional connection.

On January 30, I’m hosting an open networking gathering for women professionals, founders, and creatives who are craving:
• thoughtful conversation
• real collaboration
• a network that actually works

This session is also an invitation into the Spring 2026 Cohort, beginning in March, a three-month, small-group experience designed for depth, continuity, and growth.

If you’re looking for more than surface-level networking…
If you want a community where ideas are shaped, voices are strengthened, and support is mutual…
This is for you.

📍 Location: Hotel Carlemany Cafe
🕥 Time: 11 am
📅 Spring Cohort begins March 2026

Come curious. Come open. Come as you are.
Details + registration coming soon or DM me to express interest.

Today felt special.
We held our winter orientation and 10 incredible women showed up with curiosity, courage, and a desire to invest in their own growth. We explored what community, collaboration, and intentional development can look like when women choose to grow together.

Out of the 10, 7 have said yes to the Winter Cohort — a closed, three-month journey where we go deeper, support one another, and build something meaningful side by side.

A huge thank-you to Michelle from Selva Coffee Life for hosting us so beautifully. Her vision for proximity, warmth, and a welcoming environment created the perfect space for rich conversation and connection.

Every four months, I’ll host an Open Orientation where anyone can join, learn, and get a feel for the experience. From there, invitations will go out for the next personalized cohort. So keep an eye on socials for the next one. February 2026.

Feeling grateful.
Feeling excited.
And feeling so expectant for what’s ahead. 🌿💛

🌟 Girona Lady Professional Network: Cohort Edition 🌟
Because professional women in Girona deserve more than connection — we deserve community, clarity, and growth.

Too many of us are:
💭 juggling ambition and adaptation — trying to thrive professionally while building a life here.
🤝 craving genuine connection, but tired of surface-level networking.
🌍 navigating cultural or career transitions alone.

This season, that changes.

The Girona Lady Professional Network: Cohort Edition is designed to turn casual connections into a circle of growth — where local and international women come together to share insight, opportunities, and support.

✨ Join us for our Orientation Gathering this November!
You’ll meet the other women joining the Cohort, learn how the quarterly gatherings work, and see how this network can support your goals and growth.

📅 Orientation Networking Coffee Friday November 21st, 2025 11 am

Top 5 Reasons to Work With Me
(Because leadership is personal and so is transformation.)

1. I bring frameworks that are human, not just strategic.
From Lead–Develop–Care to cultural agility and polarity thinking, I use tools that make leadership real, practical, and grounded in who you are and not who you’re “supposed” to be.

2. I help you lead through complexity, not around it.
Whether you're navigating change, culture shifts, or remote team dynamics, I support you in showing up with clarity and confidence even when things feel messy.

3. I know how to hold space and drive progress.
Clients often tell me I create safe, judgment-free space for reflection and challenge. That balance is where real growth happens for leaders and teams.

4. I’ve led across sectors and cultures and I bring that depth.
From global nonprofits to corporate ops and executive coaching, I’ve lived the leadership journey in multiple contexts. That gives me both perspective and practical wisdom.

5. I care. Deeply.
This isn’t a checkbox for me it’s a calling. I’m in this work because I believe inclusive, courageous leadership is what transforms not just teams, but lives.

No job is beneath you when you're a leader.
Whether I’m consulting with corporate teams, coaching executives, or helping companies navigate cultural agility…

Sometimes you’ll find me here — in an office, conference room or zoom call
And sometimes you’ll find me here — a wine bar in town waiting tables and serving amazing customers.

Why?
Because I believe in showing up where I’m needed.

To support friends.
To earn extra income.
To stay grounded.

One of the things I love about working in this particular bar is the shared mindset:

No task is above or beneath anyone.
The owners, the waitstaff, the whole team—we all sweep, serve, wash dishes, and take care of each other.

Leadership isn't about titles. It's about presence.
It’s about stepping in. Rolling up your sleeves.
It’s showing your team that you’re with them, not just above them.

“All hands on deck” isn’t just a crisis response. It’s a culture.

What are the unexpected places where you practice leadership?

Hi! I'm Mary Lynn for those who know me its pronounced Marilyn. I've been spending more time on LinkedIn here is my most recent post

✨ I’m working on new ways to introduce myself and the work I do — but before I share more, I wanted to start with the words of those I’ve had the joy of working with.
Their feedback reminds me why I do this work, and truly fuels my passion to keep going.
Stay tuned — I’ll soon be sharing the Top 5 Reasons to Work With Me 😉

🌟 Real words. Real impact.
One of the greatest joys of my work is helping people feel more at home — whether that’s within a new city, a multicultural team, or their role as a leader.

Here’s what a few clients and community members have shared recently:

🗣️ "You are a very sympathetic and unique person who makes life in Girona more comfortable and interesting... your work helps people find the necessary resources here and quickly adapt." – Tetiana
🗣️ "You’re like a magical ace up the sleeve... your generosity of spirit, time, and knowledge made our transition much more graceful and gentle." – Andrea
🗣️ "The community you’ve created made moving here (while 8 months pregnant!) so much easier. I felt like I had an immediate network and international family in Girona." – Regina
🗣️ "If I need to know anything... from where to buy something unique to how to book a casal for the kids — you have the answer. Always with a smile and eagerness to share!" – Rachael
🗣️ "It’s about time you did this as a business! You never fail to overdeliver and your enthusiasm for bringing people together is breathtaking." – Nicola

These notes mean the world to me. They’re also a reminder that building inclusive, curious, and supportive environments isn't just a strategy — it's deeply human work.

Whether I’m consulting with teams, facilitating leadership workshops, or helping expats settle in Girona, I bring the same goal:

✨ Create spaces where people feel seen, connected, and empowered.
If you’re curious about how that could look in your organization, I’d love to connect.
