🔙 Last week, the Persona Project reached one of those moments that brought its work into focus.

On 21 May, the partnership came together in Brussels 🇧🇪 for the last in-person consortium meeting, taking time to reflect on the project’s journey and consolidate the closing phase.

Later that day, the final conference “Farming the Future: Skills, Innovation and AI-Driven Learning for European Agriculture” took place at the 📍Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU, bringing together policymakers, , and farming professionals to discuss the future of agricultural learning💡

💬 Our project manager, Iacopo Benedetti, presented the PERSONA Hybrid Human-AI personalised learning system and its pilot testing at the conference, showing how the project is exploring more flexible, learner-centred ways to support in agriculture.

👉 As the approaches its official end in July, it was a good opportunity to celebrate what has been achieved so far and look ahead to how the project can continue supporting educators, learners and agricultural professionals.

A busy and exciting few days in Brussels 🇧🇪 with our !

This week, the project brought partners and key stakeholders together for two important moments: the 3rd in-person consortium meeting at 📍 and the inaugural SICAPERMA event, “Bridging Circular Value Chains for Permanent Magnets”, where part of our team participated.

It was a chance to look at the progress made so far, plan the next steps and open the discussion to a wider community interested in circular value chains, 🧲 and 🇪🇺

is also present at the EIT RawMaterials Summit, where Jorge Contreras is representing the project and connecting with the community.

We're glad to see the project reaching new spaces, building connections and sharing its work with the people and organisations that can help take it further 🚀

Some project endings feel more like a starting point 🚀

This week, we joined the AgriNext Project final conference in Córdoba 🇪🇸, hosted by our partners at IES Galileo Galilei, marking one of the project’s last shared milestones 🌟

The event highlighted AgriNext's contributions to strengthening skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship in , while connecting vocational education and training (VET) with the future of rural development 🌱

It was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate what we have achieved together, but also to look ahead at how the project’s learning opportunities, practical resources and digital platform can continue supporting learners, educators and rural communities across Europe 🇪🇺

What an inspiring few days in Granada! ✨

Last week, our city became the meeting point for three days of learning, co-creation and knowledge sharing as part of the CoVE Design Programme, co-organised by and the European Vocational Training Association - EVTA.

Our project managers, Iacopo Benedetti and Jorge Contreras, joined the training team, guiding VET providers and ecosystem stakeholders through key aspects of design, from priorities to strategic partnerships and future opportunities 💡

It was especially rewarding to witness the many ideas that emerged through discussion 💬 and teamwork 🤝, driven by a shared ambition to develop meaningful projects.

🙌 A big thank you to , all the participants, and the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Granada (Universidad de Granada) for hosting us and helping make this such a valuable experience.

We look forward to seeing how these ideas continue to grow and, hopefully, become future 🇪🇺

For us, it becomes real every day through the projects we participate in, the partnerships we build and the people working together across countries to create something meaningful ✨

Ahead of 🌍, we want to celebrate that everyday side of Europe: the meetings where ideas come to life, the teams that bring different perspectives together, and the shared work that turns into initiatives with a tangible impact.

The CoVE Design Programme is coming to Granada, and we'll be there as trainers 💥

📅 From 5 to 7 May, will be co-organising this 3-day programme with the European Vocational Training Association - EVTA. Designed for and ecosystem stakeholders, the programme will help participants turn ideas into clearer, stronger and more fundable project concepts.

Participants will learn 💡 how to shape a Centre of Vocational Excellence, align it with 🇪🇺, design their ecosystem approach, and explore future opportunities for collaboration 🤝

👥 The programme is tailored for decision-makers and strategic staff from institutions, as well as complementary ecosystem actors such as industry representatives, regional actors and other key partners.

As an reaches its final stage, the focus shifts from delivering results to making sure they have a real impact beyond the project itself 🚀

This was very much the spirit of the 6th meeting, held in Oyonnax, France 🇫🇷, on 15 and 16 April. Our project manager, Jorge Contreras, attended the meeting, continuing the collaboration that has united and the Universidad de Jaén since the project began 🤝

Alongside the presentation of the project’s main achievements ✅, the meeting also hosted the third interregional networking session: a valuable opportunity for exchange between clusters, industrial stakeholders, and policymakers to discuss how solutions can be brought closer to market uptake, replication and scaling up across European regions 🇪🇺

As moves towards its final phase, we're glad to continue supporting the project in moving forward and creating the space for the conversations 💬 that matter most at this point — those that connect its results with practical opportunities, industrial needs and long-term impact 💡

From one project meeting to the next! ➡️ Yesterday, we welcomed the SUpporting FAmily BUsinesses partnership to our office 📍 for the second -hosted meeting this week.

As the project is now in its final year, the meeting was a valuable moment to look back at how far the work has come and focus on what still needs to be finalised. Discussions centred on the progress of the training modules 📚 and the learning platform 💻, helping set out the final steps before pilot testing begins.

There is something especially rewarding about reaching this stage of a project: when months of joint work start to turn into tangible results that can create real impact 🌟

This week, our office has become a space for 🇪🇺 European collaboration in action 🤝

We've opened our doors in Granada 📍 to host two project meetings, beginning with the partnership on 13 and 14 April.

✅ Now in its second year, has just reached an important milestone with the completion of its research phase, resulting in a report on youth employability in agriculture and rural communities. This meeting marked the start of the next chapter: providing a practical outlet for this knowledge by identifying good practices 🌟 and shaping upcoming social dialogues 💬, podcast content 🎙️, and policy-focused blog posts.
