🌊 Behind the waves of glass at La Samaritaine.

The iconic undulating facade of La Samaritaine in Paris, designed by SANAA, reinterprets the rhythm of the historical surroundings with a contemporary design that merges reflection, transparency, and movement.

Over 340 curved laminated glass panels, each weighing up to 1,100 kg, create this stunning visual dialogue. The glass, screen-printed with a gradient of silver dots, contributes to the building’s solar protection.

A precision engineering solution allows each panel to be supported by just 4 slender cantilevered stainless steel arms, adapted on the top row to respond to the specific structural conditions.

An architectural milestone made possible thanks to:

Le Jardin RH. Paris.

On the second floor of the new RH Paris Gallery, Foster + Partners enclosed a former open terrace with a curved glass and steel winter garden — a nod to the Grand Palais, just a few hundred metres away.

Cricursa supplied the curved glass panels that form the glazed roof. Curved geometry, calculated to the millimetre. Natural light becomes the main material of the space.

10·06·1926 — 10·06·2026

One hundred years after Gaudí, the Tower of Jesus Christ was inaugurated and blessed. 172.5 m. The tallest church in the world. Crowned by our glass: curved, triple-laminated.

A night to remember.

144 years in the making. Our glass at the top.

In 1882, Antoni Gaudí laid the first stone. In 2021, our glass reached Torre de la Virgen María. In 2026, it crowns the world’s tallest basilica.

Torre de la Virgen María carries our Crifusing: glass fused at high temperature with watery, icy textures that, by day, catches sunlight through 800 triangular windows. At night, the light turns inward — glowing from within.

Torre de Jesús, at 172.5 metres, demanded a glass that didn’t exist. A patchwork of technologies — engraved, fused, curved, laminated - in a single piece. Prism pyramids. Transparent diamonds. Two techniques built from scratch — including the machinery to make them.
In collaboration with: Structural engineering: / Installation: Josef Gartner -

One star. 4 years of R&D. One cross.
